Área 3 brings interior design and equipment activities to the Elecnor Group. A complementary business created with a view to offering a comprehensive, personal and specialised service.

By focussing on interior design, it allows extra detail, space optimisation and harmonious aesthetics that suit the space and the architecture of the building.

Área 3 aims to involve the customer in order to create more functional, versatile spaces that are tailored to the client and their end use while also creating benefits linked to energy-saving, sustainability, health, well-being, performance and productivity.

The multidisciplinary team advises customers on space management, distribution and possible uses based on their needs. This is in addition to recommendations regarding choice of materials, equipment, lighting, decorative features, etc.

Área 3 provides a Design and Build service, placing great focus on maintenance and the end use of the space at all stages, and completing a post-delivery follow-up to ensure that the change is satisfactory to all parties involved and to evaluate the final result.
