Description:
Interior design and comprehensive renovation project at a centre for older people with space for 320 residents, a family care area, activity areas and an outdoor terrace.
Área 3 completed the interior design project for the comprehensive renovation of this centre for older people, creating a new concept that humanises the space and facilitates and improves the work done by the staff, in turn giving better results.
Faced with extensive regulations and strict customer requirements, a hotel and residential design was adapted into a healthcare space, substantially improving the residents' quality of life.
Área 3 carefully studied the materials, finishes and layout of the various areas, as well as the distances and location of the elements required given the end use of the building.
