Sant Joan de Deu de Martorell Retirement Home and Day Centre is an assisted-living centre with 91 rooms for up to 135 residents. The day centre serves another 35 users. 47 rooms are for individual use and 44 rooms are shared. The centre can be found on the western side of Martorell and has almost immediate access to motorway A-7.
This is a single, curved building with a floor below ground, a ground floor plus two other levels. The floor below ground includes parking and auxiliary services; the ground floor includes the day centre and common services; and floors 1 and 2 include the rooms.
In total, this is a 7,200 m2 building on 5,247 m2 of land.
